Alex was a great project manager and made sure any issue that came up was addressed. He was always on top of things, easy to communicate with, and very responsive throughout the project. You can tell he pays close attention to the details and genuinely strives to make sure his team delivers high-quality work and that his customers are happy. Without a doubt, Millan Painting is one of the best painting companies I have ever used. Their attention to detail was impeccable from beginning to end. We chose a dark, moody color in a semi-gloss finish for the walls, with the ceiling painted as well, in a flat- a project where preparation and precision really matter. At the last minute, I asked if they could also repair the ceiling where we had removed all of the recessed can lights. Without hesitation, they said, “Of course,” and handled it beautifully. I was especially impressed with how carefully they protected our home. The floors were covered from the front door all the way to the room they were painting, and everything in the room was completely covered and protected. When they finished, the TV was hung, windows wiped down, floors vacuumed. I cannot say enough good things about their entire team. They were in our home for three days, and I barely knew they were here. They were quiet, respectful, professional, and always on time. Jeff did a wonderful job explaining their process when I first met with him. Michelle kept me informed throughout the project, and Alex was amazing at organizing the crew and letting me know every step of the way what they would be doing next. I have finally found the painting company I will always use! Thank you, Millan Painting, for being exactly what was promised—and more.
